Did you know that several women are present on the wall of the Reformers? That a famous Russian revolutionary is hiding in the Place du Molard? That Victor Hugo shared a mistress with James Pradier, a Geneva sculptor, and that he learned this the hard way, during one of his visits to Geneva, by recognizing her on one of his works?
A guided tour of secret Geneva organized in collaboration with the association Genève-Escapades allowed about 40 of our members to (re)discover our history as well as little known and sometimes surprising anecdotes about our city. This walk started from the Bastions and led us to the Old Town to end at the waterfront with a cocktail reception.
